Addiction comes in many shapes sizes and forms. This will be your new addiction. Chances are you will open this spread, with a box of crackers, and before you can even think the container will be empty and you will be wondering how did this happen.
Ill tell you, it happened, because of this perfect mix of Garlic, Herbs, Parmesan, Cream cheese, a touch of sweetness from agave nectar, all whipped to perfection, then crusted top and bottom with roasted salted pistachio nuts. There is just a touch of Scotch Bonnet peppers in this, not too much, very, very mild spice (I mean it this time)
How to use: Use as a dip/spread for crackers and vegetables. Also pairs well with good roasted red peppers and pepper jelly. Consume within 1-2 weeks if stored the refrigerator.
TIP: To store this longer, freeze for up to 2 months. When ready to use allow it to completely thaw in the refrigerator then lightly whisk it to regain its creamy consistency. The texture may not be creamy as when it was made fresh. But the flavor will still be delicious.
